Refund Policy

Damages and issues

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, go to the Contact Us page on our site and submit a message with your details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you will need to mail your product to an address provided to you via an email from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to the point of dispatch which can sometimes be internationally. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for any packages sent by you the customer to an incorrect address. Our customer service team will provide the relevant return details where appropriate.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We only offer store credit and exchanges for returns. We do not offer refunds.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, 'change of minds' or gift cards.


Order Cancellations

We do not allow any cancellations after an order is placed as it is automatically sent to our fulfilment agents and scheduled for dispatch.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Home on Earth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
